This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees. We work with independent businesses.

Who are we looking for?

We look for contractors who serve Mentor and the Mentor area and take pride in clear, careful work. You might be a good fit if you:

• Run a licensed and insured HVAC business
• Handle AC repair, installation and replacement
• Explain options to homeowners in plain language
• Provide written estimates
• Answer calls and follow up politely

What do we expect from you?

Homeowners come to us worried. They want honest help, not pressure. So we expect providers to:

• Hold all licenses and permits required locally
• Be upfront about pricing and what could change it
• Respect a homeowner's choice to compare estimates
• Stand behind their own work
• Never promise insurance coverage or outcomes you cannot control

You are responsible for your own work, staff, pricing and compliance.

How do you apply?

• The HVAC services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A good contact number and email

We will review your details and reply with next steps. Not every application leads to a place in the network, and each one is reviewed on its own.
