How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Glorykid Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Glorykid Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please understand that Glorykid Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@glorykid.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
